Return Policy

The goods are always delivered with packaging KARATZOGLOU.  If the delivery includes unpackaged goods, the buyer must refuse to accept. Returns accepted within five (5) days of receipt, provided that he has not tampered with the package (just delivered) and within (2) two days REFUND.

In the event that your order result in some outstanding then you will receive the corresponding e-mail. Alternatively contact us at the phone numbers you have given during registration or order entry on our site. There is no way to disable these updates, the mission of which is a prerequisite for the proper development of your order. The e-mail we invite them to take care that they can get to you and keep them throughout the course of our transaction. It is your responsibility, if you do not receive the relevant e-mail, according to the general conditions of our trade, to inform us without delay

Returning fee shop

You have the right to return products purchased and ask for a replacement:

Order Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made in the following cases:
